Mr F, Thomas E. Fontaine is the author of four books and has been a school teacher in Vermont for 40 years.

Why write these books?
I feel people who don’t know the history of Southern Vermont, particularly Grafton, might be inspired to learn more about it by reading a good story featuring a real Grafton person. Each book has a good story line with many facts about the Civil War.
